Product Release Notes: What's New in September 2025

It’s that time again! We’ve again rolled out a fresh batch of updates and enhancements with an aim to give our customers more control, better insights and effective way to launch and scale. Here is a look at the latest updates that we have released across our mobile, web, TV apps, and the CMS.

You asked for more control and we listened. Now you can choose how long your viewers can enjoy downloaded content offline. As an admin, you can choose a 30 day default window or you can also adjust it to suit your content strategy, all from your very own LinqTV CMS. Any changes you make will apply seamlessly to new downloads, ensuring a smooth experience for your audience while giving you the flexibility to align access with your business needs.

Poll analytics just got a precision boost. When a poll is linked to multiple titles, you no longer have to settle for combined results. You can now filter responses by each title — for instance, you can  see how viewers of “The Cyclist Show” responded compared to any other content.

We have also improved the exports in order to make your reporting experience smoothless. Your downloaded files now:

Clearly show parent–child titles (e.g., Show → Season → Episode)Are automatically named after the poll itself

We’ve expanded what you can do with documents on LinqTV! Alongside just uploading and monetizing your PDFs, Word, Excel, and presentations, you now have new ways to decide exactly how your audience interacts with them.

Choose whether your viewers can view, download, or do both. You can also decide whether to display a detailed content page or let authorized users to open documents directly from search, listings, or featured sections.

Now your audience can save what truly matters. Viewers can mark documents as Favourites across devices and easily find them later in their Favorites section.

Finding it difficult to access your documents? With our new release, access is even more simple now. On mobile apps, downloaded documents now appear neatly under My Downloads, so users can read them anytime — even offline.

Want to stream your recorded videos as a live stream? Well, you can now! Your pre-recorded videos just got a live upgrade. With LinqTV’s new Simulive feature, you can now schedule and stream on-demand content as Live— all from your CMS. No OBS. No complex setup. Just upload, mark it as “Live,” and enjoy.

Viewers will see the Live badge, engage in real time, and experience every moment as if it’s unfolding right now — even when it’s pre-recorded.
